Benefitting from a central location, close to Carré Sénart and to the crossroads of major roadways, the Parc du Levant business park continues to attract many businesses, including leaders in their sectors of activity.

Assa Abloy, a global leader in the lock industry, opened its doors there in 2017. The Japanese IRIS Ohyama, one of the global leaders in plastic fittings, will open its European site there at the end of 2018 combining its head office and its production and distribution hub.

The Parc du Levant business park is also attracting many investors and developers for the construction of industrial programmes: ALSEI (Innovespace), FULTON (Péripark), GEFEC and GARBATI (Kaïman programme).
